A versatile stage, screen and street performer, I have acted extensively over a 20 years career in France and London, in plays, films, street theatre and devised pieces. I trained as an actor in Paris National Theatre of Chaillot.

As a director I established my company, Exchange Theatre, in 2006, and have been its artistic director and producer since then. In freelance, I was assistant director at the Royal Opera House, and YOUNG VIC Jerwood director in 2020.

David Furlong portrayed in several characters he played on stage and a variety of costumes and looks: from left to right: Tybalt in Punkish bohemian denim jacket, with long hair, jewels and a goatee, next is an older version as Creon, with a full gray beard, a white shirt and a military black cape, next is Sittal, a long haired sickh look with a white shirt drenched in water and wet hair, next is Aeghistus, with short hair, a goatee and a black military jacket, black tie and military decorations, next is a profile of Alceste, with a metallic-blue suit as a news anchor, and next is Sganarelle, in wich david wears a black & white Arlequin's leather jacket, long hair and a beardo like Motorhead's lead singer Lemmy
